Amenities

• Pool

  • The pool is completely fenced in, and accessible by two locked gates, which are opened by using your fob or card.

  • The pool is available for all CV residents and their guests.

  • Pool rules are posted at the pool and MUST be abided with. Failure to follow rules will result in usage penalties.

• Fitness Room

  • The fitness room is located within the clubhouse building. It is accessible by your mobile app or fob/card.

  • Fitness room has dumbbells, treadmills, ellipse machines, a stationary bike, and a few nautilus strength training machines.

• Clubhouse Room

  • The clubhouse room is equipped with several tables, a well-stacked library, kitchenette, and a large TV

  • Use of the room must be reserved in advance

• Cabana

  • The Cabana area is located adjacent to the pool and clubhouse room. It has tables and chairs setup and these are open for use for anyone enjoying the pool.

  • For special events it must be reserved in advance.

• Large lake and Ponds

  • The large lake and the small ponds within the community are not to be used for any recreational activities. This includes fishing, boating, swimming or wading, or any other activity. The bodies of water ALWAYS contain alligators, some of which have been observed to be very large and looking hungry.

• Special events

  • Residents may reserve the clubhouse room and/or cabana in advance

  • A $200 refundable reservation fee along with a $50 non-refundable rental deposit is required prior to the event which will be returned upon inspection that you left it acceptably clean. This includes taking your trash home with you.
