• Gates, Pool, Fitness Room

  • Access to these areas is open to all residents. The only amenity that has strict hours of use is that no swimming is allowed from dusk to dawn.
    Private group/team/event parties are not permitted.
    The community entry gates are operated through a web based app. Once you are entered into the system as tagged to your street address you (and your guests and service providers) will be able to use your mobile phone, license plate scan, or keypad pin codes to open the gates

• Website

  • Our Caribbean Village Community website is www.cvcommunity.us. It is password protected and you will receive the password when you submit the same form for Gates, Pool, Fitness Room access below.

• CV Neighbors and Friends Facebook Group

  • When you’re logged into Facebook, do a Group Search for ”CV Neighbors and Friends”. Open that and then request to join. and answer the few questions. The admin will grant you access in within 24 - 48 hours or so.

• PayHOA Portal

  • Our Association Management system is a cloud-based software designed specifically for HOA management. We have subscribed to the PayHOA management software service so that we retain full control and consistency of our community management system and records regardless of who we contract as our Community Association Manager (CAM). Going forward, all CAMs that CV contracts with will be required to use our PayHOA system rather than one they use in their company.
