HOA Regular Board Meeting
Agenda
March 24th, 2026. 5:30 PM at the Clubhouse

Although members are welcome to attend, this is not a "Member Meeting", rather it is simply a regular Board meeting to discuss and vote on Association business.  There will be no presentation to attendees, and comments are strictly required to be only related to agenda items. No other topics will be heard or discussed at this meeting, but may be requested to be added to a future meeting agenda. 

Agenda:

1. Decide on contracting a CAM company or individual, or a professional independent Business Administrator. 

2. Discuss filling a new Board vacancy

3. Standing water at East Blackfin cul-de-sac 

4. Projects and landscaping updates

5. Financial Report

6. Committee Reports
