The Arbitration Group is made up of residents of CV. HOA Board members are not permitted to be on this group. This group serves to assist residents that have been levied a fine for an unresolved violation to the governing documents. The service is limited to hearing their case and determining if their position is warranted and if so will make a determination which is final - the HOA Board may not over-rule it.
