About

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is managed by the HOA Board at this time, until a point where there are enough volunteers to form a separate committee.
The duties of the ARC committee is to:

  • Receive ARC requests from resident, and meet resident on-site as needed

  • Review requests to see if they abide with the Architectural Rules and Regulations

  • Review the contractor licenses and insurances for current and valid

  • Submit to HOA Board for approval based on the application and any specified conditions

  • After the work is completed, inspect the work to make sure it followed the plans, design, and approved ARC documents, and report to HOA Board

A designated member of the Board will oversee the ARC committee and provide reports to the Board at monthly meetings.
