Community Emergency Response Team

A volunteer committee established by the HOA Board in 2024, tasked with providing resources and information to CV residents before, during, and after emergency events that effect our community. Emergency events include weather related, crime, or possible infrastructure malfunction emergencies.


The “Team” (committee) is made up of volunteers from our community called “Street Liaisons”, who coordinate with the HOA Board and the Maintenance Committee chairperson to prepare for and directly communicate to resident of the streets they are assigned to, and report urgent needs to the HOA Board before and after emergency events.
