HOA Board “Work” Meeting, Today November 17th, 5:30 PM at the Clubhouse
Notice the word “Work”. That’s what this Board meeting is - it is a work meeting. The Board has a lot of work to get done and intend on being done at or about 7:30. This is not a general info or community discussion meeting. All are certainly welcome to sit and listen, but just know, some folks would equate it to as boring as watching grass grow. If you have anything you wish the Board to hear, your best option is to email it to Admin@cvcommunity.us and the Board will examine and discuss it at the next meeting.

Chili Cook-off Coming!! January 17th
Who enjoys a good competition? Who here in our neighborhood believe they have the best Chili? It is time to pull it together! Saturday January 17th, 2026 will be Caribbean Village CHILI COOK OFF NIGHT! The FIRST 10 people to sign up will get to dazzle us all with your culinary chili magic and secret sauces! SEND AN EMAIL to barbstaples227@gmail.com to sign up as a Chili Chef! Deadline to enter as a CHILI CHEF is December 15th. Good food, good music, cornhole and just plain old fun! More details for chefs and villagers will be coming soon!
