What’s Going On?
Happy Monday, Villagers! Several homeowners have asked the HOA Board about new paint colors as there are a few too many varieties of tan in our community. After discussing with the rest of the Board, I’m asking you all to put on your creative hats to submit new color schemes that you’d like to see in CV!
Your color scheme needs to include three colors: one for the body of the house, one for the trim, and one for the front door (garage doors will continue to be the same color as the trim). There’s a full list of current colors in the last two pages of our Rules and Regulations document. So go check out color schemes in other communities to see what you like then head to the Sherwin Williams paint store to pick up sample swatches. Label your three color swatches B, T, and D, put them into an envelope that contains your name, address, and email then drop them off to me at 11494 Blackfin Street. If I get enough submissions, you can all vote for your favorite and the three schemes that get the most votes will be added to the existing list of color schemes (and there may be prizes for those who submitted them!)
Deadline for dropping off your sample swatches to me is Saturday, May 31. Let’s brighten up our Village a bit!
