Happy Monday, Villagers! Our Social Committee has a fun, new event planned that I’m excited to tell you about!

KENTUCKY DERBY PARTY

Saturday May 3, 2025

Begins 4:30 pm

Horse race is at 6:30 pm

Fun events: 

• Decorate your best hat!!  TOP 3 will win, with 1st place receiving a special prize. You get to vote!! 

• Opportunity to place small bets on the actual race. Winner will share pot with a 50/50 with CV! (Top 3 will split 50% Win, Place and Show!)

• Chance for $1 lottery tickets!

• Fun food, special social time, and picture moments!!  

• Non-alcoholic drinks and food provided - YOU just bring your own beverage(s) to add to our limited edition mint julep!! 

PREPAY for your spot! All this fun for only $2 per person! 

Please write your name AND address on an envelope containing your money and drop it off at the drop box at the clubhouse  OR to Ramona Jung at 11649  Parrotfish Street.

Deadline is FRIDAY, APRIL 18TH.

• Monday, March 24 at 5pm - Finance committee meeting

• Thursday, March 27 at 6pm - Mahjong

• Friday, March 28 at 5:30pm - Happy Hour! “Potluck dinner” and BYOB. Come have some fun with your neighbors!

• Thursday, April 3 at 6pm - Mahjong
