Large Lake Improvement Project Update
This past week the work for the Large Lake Improvement Project began. The new electrical control panel for the fountains is installed. Beginning Tuesday 9/2 they will begin re-working the new fountain pumps and motors, lighting, and nozzles onto the float rings, and running new power cables as needed. Weather permitting they will also get the aeration component installed and be mostly completed this next week.

Irrigation Pump Station Replacement Project
This project is scheduled to start on Sept 15th. It will likely take a couple of weeks to complete. On the first day there will be may large trucks and a crane in the Clubhouse parking lot, so we will need to close the pool and Clubhouse parking lot for this first day. Keep in mind that things can change in a moment’s notice sometimes, so it is certainly possible that the parking lot closure may take place on a different or additional day close to Sept 15th. I will try to keep you updated should there be a change, but also know that there may not be enough time for such change notifications under certain situations.
Situations Needing Correction
Pool Steps: It has been brought to our attention, and also observed, that some bathers like to use the main pool entrance and exit steps as a place to sit. This is not permitted and creates a safety hazard and distraction for other bathers. If you are reading this and you’re one of those folks, please stop immediately.
Noise: Lately the board has been notified of loud music by neighbors. There are rules in place regarding this, so if you’re reading this and you’re one of those who enjoys loud music, you need to turn down the speaker volume so it does not travel past your property line, or wear ear buds.
CV Rules & Regulations - Section 190, A&B
A. Music may not be played at a level that can be heard outside of your home
B. No homeowner shall create an annoyance to the neighborhood. Loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noises will not be tolerated and may be reported to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office. Submitting Work Orders

If your observed issue is severe (significant erosion, flooding, ground collapse, etc) please note that on your form submit and a Board member will quickly come inspect to see if it warrants emergency service by Justin.
