Large Lake Improvement Initiative

The HOA Board has been focused for months on examining many ways in which we can do things differently when it comes to preserving amenities while reducing their costs to the community. One of those areas is the large lake and it’s four large fountains. The following link opens a page that presents you with the purpose, overview, and research of the improvement and cost-savings opportunities in improving our large lake and the four large fountains.
Please take time to read through this as well as the linked resources provided within it. It is the goal of the Board to finalize this initiative plan and engage in the project in the coming months.

Because this initiative is important, time-sensitive, and contains a fair amount of reading, I will end this weeks’ update here so that you can focus your time on reading and understanding that document.
