At the HOA Board meeting this past Thursday, February 19th, the Board had an incredibly long agenda to get through. I wanted to share a couple of outcomes from that agenda. The full Draft minutes will be available in the PayHOA Portal within the next week:
As you can see, the "old" CV Website has been reinstated as of today. We will continue to use this going forward as it is much more “user-friendly” than what PayHOA provides. Take note of the link in the top-right corner to the PayHOA Portal. Use this to go there to pay your HOA dues or to access CV records and/or governing documents.
The Board vacancy has been filled. Please welcome Tom Onacilla as the newest Director on the Board.
Tonight is Tiki Social Nite at the Clubhouse starting at 6:30. Stop by and say hello and share some laughs to your CV neighbors!
This Sunday there is Tech Help session offered at the Clubhouse from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. If you need a little help with Tap-2-Open or PayHOA stop by.
