Happy Cinco de Mayo, everyone!

A huge THANK YOU to all the Social and Events committee members and volunteers for making the Kentucky Derby party on Saturday such a fabulous event! Lots of great food and fun games for adults and kids! A good time was definitely had by all, as you can see from the pictures and video below.

What else is going on in our Village? Well, we have a beautiful new butterfly garden at the clubhouse! Thanks go out to Roxy and Dwight for making that a reality. They were hard at work planting last week when Toby and I were out for our morning walk. If you haven’t been to the clubhouse lately, definitely take a walk up because pictures don’t to it justice.

We’ve got several other happenings over the next two weeks, all occurring in the clubhouse meeting room unless otherwise noted:

  • Thursday, May 8 at 6pm - Mahjong

  • Monday, May 12 at 7pm - Social and Events Committee meeting

  • Tuesday, May 13 at 6pm - CERT Committee meeting

  • Thursday, May 15 at 11am - Daytime Book Club

  • Thursday, May 15 at 6pm - Mahjong
