New Paint Colors!

The Board has approved all 10 color schemes submitted by home owners so all of them will be added to our existing palette! Thank you Isla, Sofia, Valerie, Linda Franklin, Kellee Medford and Suzy Mong for your submissions!

Below is the full list and pictures of the 10 new color schemes. All paint colors are Sherwin Williams* which is available at Sherwin Williams or Lowe’s Home Improvement stores. Definitely go look at these beautiful colors at the store because my pictures don’t do them justice. The Association recommends that you obtain a color chip for comparison prior to purchasing your paint. The Association assumes no responsibility for the color correctness.

Color schemes may be chosen regardless of roof color. An ARC request MUST be submitted if you are changing any of your existing house colors. The new colors CANNOT be the same as the house next door.
