What’s Going On?
Happy TUESDAY everyone! Yesterday was such a busy work day that I completely forget to send you all an update about the happenings here in CV.
Some of you may have seen my big red SUV driving Tiffany El Homsi (our Capstone CAM) around our community this morning. She was following up on sidewalk and roof violations letters that were emailed to home owners a few weeks ago. First, I want to thank everyone who has either already remedied their violation OR signed up to have Mint Condition power wash their sidewalk and roof! It was so wonderful that Tiffany could close out many violations on her list this morning.
If you receive a letter, please respond to Tiffany. In some cases, I know she had a hard time determining if a roof was really dirty based on the angle, the sunlight, etc. Tiffany’s contact info is tiffany@pmicapstone.com or 941-554-8838 extension 111.
And speaking of Capstone, a few home owners reached out to me to ask where to mail their quarterly assessment payment which is due July 1. Tiffany told me there are four ways to pay our quarterly fees:

That’s what’s happening with Capstone this week! Given the heat of the summer, our clubhouse calendar is rather quiet for the next couple weeks. I have family coming in for a week on Friday so look for my next update on Monday, July 7.
