CV (Brief) Update - October 17th

Rummage Sale - Saturday 10/18

Tomorrow, Saturday 10/18 there is a CV Community Rummage Sale at the Clubhouse from 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Neighbors that wish to get first options should show up at 8:30 sharp. There’s a ton of good stuff at bargain prices!

The pool and fitness center will be closed from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Residents who live on Billfish Ave between Goombay and the Clubhouse - please do not park in the street on Saturday. There is going to be a lot of traffic in and out and shoppers will need the street parking.

Dry Season is Here

As we have now entered our dry season, after an unusually dry summer, please note patchy brown spots will start to show up here and there. The irrigation is up and running, although there’s still some glitches in the controller programming and we’ll have a Rain Bird systems specialist coming to reprogram those controllers in the next week or two. Also, please continue to submit work order requests if you see any irrigation concerns. Here’s the link to the page to submit a work order request.
