Pool Closure

Please be advised that there was work done on the community pool the other day and the pool needs to remain closed through Thursday this week. You all can resume normal pool usage on Friday.

Large Lake Improvement Project - COMPLETED

The Board is happy to announce that the Large Lake Improvement Project is now completed. The new fountains and aeration system are up and running. The fountain timers are set to run from 12 noon through till 9:00 PM every day. The aeration system runs 24/7. We will now enjoy healthier lake water and greatly reduced energy costs!
There is a minor error with the timer setting for one of the fountains, which the company is scheduled to return today to correct that.

Community Pool Cleanup Day - November 8th, 9 - 11 AM

Our neighbor, Tony Renella, has volunteered to organize the Fall Community Pool Cleanup Day this year. This will be held on Saturday November 8th from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Tony needs 4 volunteers with pressure washers, and a 4 - 6 additional volunteers for other work items (furniture cleaning, cobweb removal from clubhouse walls, and more.

Tony needs to get commitments from volunteers in advance, as soon as possible, so please use the form below to sign up to help with cleanup day.
