What’s Going On?

Happy Monday, everyone! Just a couple of comments today prior to posting our upcoming events.

ARC Committee: as I mentioned last week, the ARC committee is looking for team members. If you’d like to learn more about the committee and what being a member entails, please reach out to David Lingard at director@cvcommunity.us.

Beautification & Upkeep Committee: many folks expressed interest in this committee which is wonderful but we still need a chairperson. The B&U is an expansion of the previous Maintenance Committee so in addition to painting, cleaning, and repairs, this committee now includes minor landscaping of the common areas for those folks who enjoy doing that. But we really can’t get the committee off the ground without the guidance of a chairperson (or two if you and a friend want to share the responsibilities). Here’s what else is happening in our Village at the club house (unless otherwise noted) in the next two weeks:

• Tuesday, July 22 at 5:30pm - CLOSED HOA Board meeting

• Thursday, July 24 at 6pm - Mahjong

• Monday, July 28 at 5pm - Finance Committee meeting

• Thursday, July 31 at 6pm - Mahjong
