What’s Going On?
Happy Monday, everyone! We are certainly having some HOT weather! Just want to make you aware of a few “happenings” today.
Arbitration Group (The Group): In accordance with Florida Statue 720.305, Caribbean Village now has an Arbitration Group consisting of five homeowners who will preside over arbitration hearings dealing with non-compliance (violation) issues to ensure consistent compliance of Association Covenants, By-Laws and ARC rules. Per our Rules and Regulations document, home owners may receive letters about dirty sidewalks/roofs/driveways, dogs not on leashes, unkempt front yards, etc. If you receive a letter, please don’t ignore it! Please remedy the situation and/or reach out to Tiffany El Homsi at 941-554-8838 extension 111 or at tiffany@pmicapstone.com. After a second letter, fines will be levied for non-compliance which will be followed by an arbitration hearing with The Group.
Tiffany comes through the neighborhood once per month. I know from reports she’s provided to me that many home owners have already rectified their issue(s) so THANK YOU for doing so in such a prompt manner! It’s greatly appreciated!
Beautification & Upkeep Committee: As I mentioned last week, we are still looking for one or two people to chair this group. We have many volunteers who could really do some good within the community but they need the guidance of a chairperson. If you’d be interested in learning more, please reach out to Jim Hilker at president@cvcommunity.us.
Here’s what else is happening in our Village at the club house (unless otherwise noted) in the next two weeks:
Monday, July 28 at 5pm - Finance Committee meeting
Thursday, July 31 at 6pm - Mahjong
Monday, August 4 at 5:30pm - HOA Board meeting. Open to all residents.
Thursday, August 7 at 6pm - Mahjong
I hope to see you at one of these fun upcoming events!
