Too often, realtors tend to embellish our community by saying it is “maintenance free”. This is not at all an accurate representation.
At Caribbean Village, HOA dues cover your lawn maintenance, periodic weed spraying, and irrigation. It also covers the entry gates and perimeter fence and common area plantings. It covers cost for the amenities and common areas, roads and sidewalks. But when it comes to your physical house structure maintenance and upkeep, tree and shrub pruning, that’s all on you. The CV dues covers no maintenance whatsoever to the interior and exterior of your house, and your driveway.
